Refund Policy

Because our files are digital and delivered instantly, sales are generally final. We will refund or replace your purchase if a file doesn't work and we can't fix it, if you were charged twice for the same order, or if you buy a complete bundle within 7 days of buying a single edition it includes (we refund the single edition). To ask for help, reply to your order confirmation email or use the Contact page within 14 days of purchase.
