How do I get my files after I buy?
A download link appears on the thank-you page straight after checkout, and the same link is sent to your email. Save the files to your device after downloading.
What format are the files?
Every product is a PDF. Bundles arrive as one ZIP file that contains all the PDFs in the series. PDFs open on phones, tablets and computers, and you can print them.
Are these the same as the books on Amazon?
No. Website Exclusive Editions and the complete bundles are sold only on this website. They are not available on Amazon.
Which level is right for me?
Every product shows its CEFR level (A1-C2) in the title or description. If you are not sure, start with the free guide '20 English Mistakes Arabic Speakers Make' (B1-C1).
Is there Arabic support?
Many editions include short Arabic glosses or notes - the description of each product says so. The Self-Check Tools series is written specially for Arabic speakers.
What is the difference between a single edition and a bundle?
A bundle contains every PDF in a series in one download, at a lower price than buying them one by one. The saving is shown on each bundle.
Can I share the files with my class or friends?
Files are for your personal use. Teachers may use teacher resources in their own classes. Please don't upload, share or resell the files.
My download link doesn't work. What should I do?
Reply to your order confirmation email and we will send a new link.
Can I get a refund?
Because the files are digital and delivered instantly, sales are generally final. We will refund or replace a purchase if a file doesn't work and we can't fix it, if you were charged twice, or if you buy a bundle within 7 days of buying a single edition it includes.
